To make Neverland extra special, the creative team would like to make Peter Pan and his friends fly! We would like to use a professional, specialist theater flying company to do this. Bay Area eTc has a history of flying shows over the past 21 years. Our last flying show was Tarzan in fall 2015.
The cost to fly the show, including insurance, training and equipment is approximately $8,000 to $10,000. The anchored fly system, which includes cables and rigging and installing metal beams, requires a dedicated group of operators in the wings to launch the actors into the air. Two people keep the flying actor on target; one controls up and down directions and another controls side to side movements.
In the spirit of #GivingTuesday, the global day of giving, we would greatly appreciate your help in making this happen by adding your own bit of pixie dust! Any donations would be gratefully received, and of course we will be having plenty of fundraising opportunities and would love your ideas too!
Thank you for considering eTc as part of your #GivingTuesday and year end giving plans! And thank you for helping Bay Area eTc enrich the lives of our children, our families, and our community for 21 years!
