Summer Camps

Bay Area Educational Theater Company, together with the San Mateo Department of Parks and Recreation, has been offering some of the best Summer Theater Camps on the Peninsula for 18 years. We know there are a lot of Summer Camps out there, but nobody knows Summer or Theater like we do.

Camp staff includes professional theater artists and educators who lead students through a diverse curriculum that is based on teamwork, confidence-building, and creative expression. Camps include acting, dancing, and singing classes, with additional classes in improvisation, costuming, and more! Each session ends with a musical production for family and friends, though for 2021, the performance will not be in person. How to Enroll

Registration is through San Mateo Department of Parks & Recreation. Online and in-person registrations open March 6 at 9:00am for residents of San Mateo and March 8th at 9:00 am for non-residents.
